Looking to rent your property?
Heres what we need from you
- A Clean 1-4 Bedroom House, Flat or Maisonette
- CORGI gas safety test certificate
- NICEIC electrical test certificate, issued by a NICEIC registered electrician
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
- Three sets of all door keys to the property
- A copy of your building insurance
We are able to arrange these certificates for you if you would prefer, however you (Landlord) would have to the cover the costs of acquiring them.
